Room available in a spacious apartment, from 1st OR 13th of August with a 3 year contract. Domiciliation is possible.

Close to ULB, Boondael station (direct connection to Schumann and airport) and tram lines 8/25. Close to the park and Foret de Soignes, which is ideal for long walks.

There is either a big bedroom (+/- 30 m2) available with a 2p. bed, OR a smaller bedroom with a 1p bed (around 25 m2).

Common spaces (shared with a Taiwanese woman): fully equipped kitchen, beautiful living room, bathroom (with Portuguese tiles) and balcony.

There is a garage to put your car or bike and there is plenty of storage space.

Additional costs: wifi and insurance. Deposit: 1350 EUR on a blocked account.
