The appartement is located in the super nice adn secure Altitude 100 neighbourhood on the hights of Brussels, close to every commerce and transportation, and just a step away from Duden/Forest park.
The appartment sits on the 4th floor, 3 of wich can be covered by eleveator.
The appartement is simple but nicely maintained. It is Luminous and has hight ceilings. It is fully furnished.
The room comes with a queen size bed, a study, and a design shelf.
The appartement is to be shared with Edgar, a young man in his thirties, français, nederlands & english speaking, hardworking, calm, clean, athletic, non-smoker, and who likes to cook.
