Room available in a shared apartment in Ixelles, Brussels – March 2027
Hey everyone! 😊
I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment in Ixelles, Brussels, from March 2027.
📍 Great location: The apartment is around a 10-minute walk from Flagey, in a lively neighbourhood with plenty of bars, restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. It’s a lovely area to live in and explore Brussels, with excellent public transport connections!
🛏️ The room: A private, single bedroom in a three-person shared apartment.
🏠 The apartment: A spacious living room, outdoor space, washing machine, oven and all essential appliances. There are also two bathrooms and an additional shower room.
💰 Monthly costs:
Rent: €635
Electricity and heating (ENGIE): approximately €68.20 per person
Wi-Fi: Not yet set up, so this will need to be arranged separately. The cost will depend on the provider and plan chosen.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two other girls, with bills divided between the three housemates.
