📍Located in Merode/Georges-Henri area.
🛏️The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, big window and private bathroom (shower and sink).
🚽Toilet shared with two other people.
💶Rent is 828€ including bills (weekly cleaning of shared spaces, gas, internet, electricity, etc).
👥We are five 27-32-year-old friends (from France, Wales, Luxembourg, Germany and Lebanon) living and working in Brussels. We like to live together (for example, sometimes sharing meals, doing activities together and going for drinks) while respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.
🏡We share our fully equipped kitchen, large south-facing garden, modern terrace, living room (with TV), dining room, bike/storage room and washing and drying machines.
🛒The house is located close to lots of shops, including supermarkets and bakeries, a gym, public transport, Cinquantenaire park and lots of nice restaurants/bars.
🚇5 minutes from Merode (Metro 1 + 5, Tram 81, buses 27, 61, 80).
🚊3 minutes from Georges-Henri (Tram 7 + 25, Buses 27, 80, 28).
