We have one room freeing up now. So we are welcoming a new roommate preferably mid to longer term in our co-housing with international young professionals (age 23-30).
The duplex is newly built 4 years ago with ecological materials and consists of 4 rooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room and a big terrace with view over brussels.
Ideally u are a young professional (between 23-30y old) starting a new experience in brussels and wanting to share thoughts and experiences with roommates in a top location in Etterbeek.
The rent per month with all costs included is set at 775 euro (625 + 150 for energy costs, wifi, cleaning common areas every 15 days) . There are 2 modern bathrooms, new kitchen and stylish living area. The flat is fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, internet, kitchen, dishwasher, garden, tv corner....
Address is Kolonel van gele 125, so near Merode, Schumann, La Chasse, Place Jourdan.
The below part of the building is as well a co-housing project with 6 young professionals (which is separated from the flat but from time to time there are joint drinks or bbq's in the garden etc...)
