Flexible availability from July, August, or September: A bright and quiet room in a charming duplex apartment located on the top two floors of a house, near the beautiful Promenade Verte and Forêt de Soignes.
The Place:
- Large bedroom, can be partly furnished or unfurnished
- Quiet space with your own private balcony
- Exclusive use of your own bathroom
- All charges included (water, gas, electricity, high-speed internet)
- Less than 10 min walk from Demey metro station
The Atmosphere:
You will be sharing the apartment with me: a 40-year-old woman, active, vegetarian, scientist, yogi, foodie, music and mountain lover. Having lived in London for 11 years in shared houses, I’m very used to co-living and value a warm, friendly, and respectful atmosphere. I’m also an activist for social and environmental rights.
Note: I’m planning to adopt a cat or dog in the coming months and I’m open to you bringing other pets to the flat as well.
Looking for someone:
- English, French, or Dutch speaking
- Professional preferred
- Respectful and tidy
- Open to sharing a meal or doing an activity together every now and then, while maintaining a good balance of privacy and community
