Description de la chambre à louer
We are looking for a new housemate in our central and nicely furnished town house. There will be three other people living in the house each with his / her own bedroom and bathroom. The whole house is freshly renovated. The bedroom is a bright room on the third floor and also offers a large desk in case you need to work in home office. On top there is a spacious common area with a well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), dining area, living room, a guest toilet and including washing machine and drier. To make life easier, we get help from a cleaning lady who cleans the house every Friday to prepare it for the weekend.
The house is very centrally located. It takes about ten minutes to walk to the Midi and Central train stations. The nearest supermarkets are an organic market directly opposite or a Lidl and Proxy about five minutes away. The Grand Place can be reached in five minutes.
In the evening, we often take the few minutes walk to enjoy the view from the Palace of Justice.
Your potential house mates are three friendly Germans in there late twenties, but of course we welcome all nationalities! All of us speak English and a tiny bit of french. We work together and as we dont really know a lot of people in Brussels (thx Covid) we tend to hang out together for Pizzafridays, discovering the city, or just a beer in the evening. We are always happy for new people to join our adventures (none of which are of course mandatory).
The room if free from July (maybe a couple of days early if needed). The current lease is until mid October 2021 as we are heading back to potato country then, but the landlord also signaled that he is willing to have an extended lease for the open room if you look for a more long term arrangement.
