Two rooms for rent in a recently renovated house of St Gilles .
the ground floor with view on the garden as two rooms ; one rates 790 with privative bath or the one with shower room and direct access to the terrace rates 690
the fully equiped kitchen and the living room are to be shared with the room on the second floor that is rented .
the St gilles area is very accessible by train ( gare du Midi ) métro , tram and busses .
grocery store a cross the street , night shop 7 houses up the street .
Around the corner you will find super markets , butchers ,fish , laundry , snacks , etc...
market on WE on the "parvis ". organic shops near by .
fitness center and swimming pool at walking distance .
All charges are included : WIFI , water , electricity , gaz , insurance .
the house is at 10 minutes walking distance from trendy chatelain , and uper louise , and 15 minutes from the eu institutions and historical center .
note that there are two adorable dogs in the house . So if you are allergique , or if you don t like animals this is not the place for you . But if you are looking to have some company , if you would like to know how it feels to have a pet around without having to take care for it ; you will love it . The dogs access the garden under my supervision several times a day when I m in my office , gardening .
the washing machine is on 1st floor which will allow you to meet your flat mates living on 1st floor.
