Hi,
my name is Henry. I’m turning 26 in April and I’ll be starting an internship at a small architecture office in Brussels. A few weeks ago, I finished my bachelor’s degree in Hanover, Germany, which gave me the opportunity to join the Erasmus program and experience a different culture by working in Brussels.
Even though I’ve been to Brussels a few times and already have some German friends here, I really want to experience the city and its people by living together in a shared flat.
I hope it’s not a problem that I’m not fluent in French yet, but I’m planning to attend a language school and learn as much as possible. Also, I’m also definitely looking for a little side quest while being in Brussels to meet new people. At the moment, I’m really into architecture and hip-hop culture. At the same time, I enjoy reading, going to museums and exhibitions (especially when they`re about architecture), having a beer with friends.
Whether you’re looking for a someone who is more on the invisible side or someone to hang out and do stuff with, I can honestly be both — and both at the same time.
Ideally I would like to attend one week before my internship starts, that means by the end of March. If that’s not possible I totally understand. As my internship ends by the 1st of October I would probably leave the city around that time too. I know that its nicer to have somebody staying a bit longer but nevertheless I would be happy to get I touch.
