The house is located on the border of St.Gilles and Forest (Place Albert area). The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, sofa, cable TV, table and chairs. Your private bathroom, and your private equipped kitchenette with adjoining dining room are on the lower ground floor. Shared laundry room in the basement. Towels and bed linen provided.
✔️Rent: monthly rent €980 (includes charges €180 for central heating, water, electricity, washer/dryer use, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi). Security deposit is € 800.
✔️Location & Transport: The Place Albert area is a vibrant and convenient neighborhood. Supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, an organic market, and a hilly park perfect for running are all just around the corner. Excellent public transport links include the Albert metro station and bus lines 37, 48, and 54.
The room is for one person only, with a minimum stay of 6 months, and is available from 5 September 2026. Registration at the local Commune is possible if you stay a minimum of 12 months, as is obtaining a parking permit.
