shared bathroom for 2 ( But one shower In basement in case of emergency) the 2 bigger rooms have there own sanitaries inside the room) and a big shared fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room in the basement.
The shared house is part of a shared international complex which is a kind of village with Belgians, Italians, Spaniards, portuguese Hungarian , Colombians etc working in EU Institutions , communication agency phd students Eu trainees, and young professionals working for EU or consultants, sharing their experiences but can still have there privacy.
The complex has a common courtyard with a terrasse+ table and chairs BBQ,
There is a cleaning person 1 x a week for common areas
( bedsheets + bedcover provided) flat screen tv in the room
tenants are 1 Italian boy working in the events for EU institutions, 1 hungarian girl, trainee in EU Institutions, 1 new tenant arriving , Italian APA and ??
