Kitchen, shared bathroom 2 or (3 people) But one shower In basement can be private wc and lavabo. (1 big room has its own sanitaries inside the room ) and a big shared fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room in the basement.
The shared house is part of a shared international complex which is a kind of village with Belgians, Italians, Spaniards, German and French working as journalist, trainees, musicians, artists and young professionals working for EU or consultants, sharing their experiences but can still have there privacy.
The complex has a common courtyard with a terrasse+ table and chairs BBQ,
There is a cleaning person 2x a week for common areas
( bedsheets + bedcover provided) flat screen tv in the room
tenants are 1 Italian girl , an Italian boy working in the events , A belgian boy working in communication agency .and 1 girl Leaving unfortunatelly at the end of his internship for an NGO
