Looking for an extra housemate (or couple) in a spacious shared co-housing in Forest, 400 meters from Parc de Forest-Parc Duden.
The room is 15 m2, with built-in closet. It is located in a 200 m2 fully equipped house with a lot of light and a terrace.
House amenities: spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven,microwave), 2 bathrooms with toilets, two extra toilets on ground floors, co-working office space, storage space and laundry room with washing machine. We have a large hallway where bycicles can be parked. There is also the possibility of a co-working space in the house itself (Alberto works from there).
The house is located on the border between Forest and St Gilles, a 7 minute walk to the parcs and 3 minute walk to several public transport stops: to Midi Station (lines 49, 50, 82) and other lines ( 52, 97, 48, 32) A Villo bike station is nearby.
price: € 655 + utilities --> so far have been around €100 per month and include: electricity and gas, Internet and 2-weekly cleaning of the house.
Incidental costs can occur for replacing lamps, house features, and the final invoice for water, electricity and gaz.
Housemates: Alberto (Belgian-Italian); Tamara (Belgian), Artem(Ukrainian). The common language is English but feel free to practice your Italian, French or Dutch. We are looking for friendly, calm, tidy & open minded persons to join our housing. We are LGBT+ friendly.
Dogs are not allowed. For short-term (dogsitting, visitors) we can make exceptions. Strictly no smoking policy in the house.
