A bright, southeast-facing double room (15 m²) with an additional private dressing area (2.5 m²) and garden view is available in my apartment in Koekelberg, directly opposite the Basilique de Koekelberg and close to Parc Elisabeth.
The area is one of Brussels’ quieter, greener neighbourhoods; popular with locals, professionals and families. It’s safe, relaxed and well connected, with:
Tram stop 2 minutes away
Metro within a 10-minute walk
Quick access to the city centre
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me and one other female tenant. The bathroom is shared, as well as the kitchen and common living spaces.
The apartment suits someone who enjoys a peaceful, tidy home with a friendly, grown-up dynamic. I work from home and appreciate a calm atmosphere during the week, balanced with easy social moments, think chats in the kitchen or the occasional shared meal, without any obligation.
