A bright and cosy double room is available in my three-bedroom apartment in Koekelberg, across the road from the iconic Basilique de Koekelberg and just around the corner from Parc Elisabeth.
The neighbourhood is green, residential and well-lived-in, with local cafés, bakeries and shops nearby. It’s a calm area that feels safe and pleasant, while still being very well connected:
Tram stop 2 minutes away
Metro within a 10-minute walk
Easy access to the city centre
You’ll be sharing the apartment with me (the owner) and one other female tenant. The bathroom is shared, and the kitchen and common areas are shared by all of us.
About the home: it’s a place where people feel comfortable doing their own thing, whether that’s working from home, reading quietly, or occasionally sharing a meal or a glass of wine. I’m social and enjoy hosting the odd dinner with friends, but everyone’s space and privacy are respected, there’s no pressure to be around all the time.
