Spacious room for rent (28m2-for 1 or 2 persons) in a beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from Leuven train station and 15 min from centrum. there is a washing machine available. The kitchen is spacious and newly installed and there is also a kitchenette . The room is fully furnished and a 2 person bed. Grocery shops are nearby. There is a parking space available in the back side of the house and a small garden with a bbq that can be used. The renting contract can be for short time periods (1 month to one year).
