The room is spacious and well furnished (bed with mattress, wardrobe, lamp, chest of drawers…). The house has 3 bathrooms and every floor has its own toilet. The living room, kitchen and terrace are shared with the other housemates. The house comes fully equipped with several fridges, an oven, microwave, 2 washing machines and a dryer.
You will share the house with 9 housemates from different nationalities, all young working individuals who are friendly and fun to hang out with!
The house is located in the neighborhood close to the European Commission, the square Marie-Louise and the Maelbeek metro station. The neighborhood provides all facilities: supermarkets, restaurants, parks and public transport.
The rent for the room is 650 euros – including all utilities (water, electricity, internet, TV and weekly cleaning of the common areas).
