Relocating outside of Belgium and looking for someone to take over my room in our shared flat, with two other flatmates (M27 and M30).
About the apartment:
Big, fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator access. The place comes fully equipped - dishwasher, washing machine and dryer included. The apartment has a large terrace, perfect for summer evenings!
If you have a car you can register it with the commune to the apartment and there's plenty of parking spots in front of the building.
Location:
🚋 ~1 min walk to the tram (8, 81, 93)
🚌 ~5 min walk to the bus (54, 71, 96)
🚇 ~10-15 min walk to Louise metro station (line 2 and 6)
🇪🇺 ~20 min walk from the European Quarter

Utilities, internet & cleaning lady (once a week!): ~€170/month (based on last month)
