Great location and wonderful apartment. Just near Schuman, near shops, rapid metro and airport bus to get anywhere. Large 180x200 bed.

Charges (electricity, heating, wifi) are included in the rent. Deposit is two months rent, returnable on leaving (minus any cost of repairing any damages beyond normal wear and tear). Room is secured when deposit is paid. Rent is due on 1st of each month.

In fact there are three rooms, a larger double one for 700 and two smaller ones for 600 (double) and 550 (single). To save you time, these are the three rooms in the same apartment but they each become available at different times, as shown on each room's page below:
