A bright room is available from 1 June in a shared apartment in the Ixelles/Bascule area, 5 minutes’ walk from Bois de la Cambre.
The room is around 15 m² and has its own private entrance and own bathroom, so it is basically a small studio without a kitchen.
The kitchen and living room are shared with one flatmate, a Spanish guy in his late twenties.
The room gets a lot of natural light and faces the inner courtyard, which means no road noise and a nice, quiet view. The apartment has a balcony and a terrace.
Location:
Very close to shops and daily essentials, including a Carrefour Market only 30 seconds away.
Rent: €595/month + charges.
Charges (electricity, heating, water, wifi, insurance, common charges): depend on personal consumption (around 100€/month).
Deposit: 2 months’ rent on a blocked bank account in your name.
Domiciliation: possible
There is a dishwasher in the apartment and a washing machine in the building.
The apartment is fully furnished and move-in ready. The new tenant will take over the furniture and household items from the previous tenant for €300. Included are cupboards, bed and mattress, wardrobe, kitchen items, and living room furniture such as the couch and dining table.
The household is relaxed and independent. We are looking for a young professional who is respectful, self-sufficient, and plans to stay in this apartment for at least 1 to 2 years.
