The house comes with a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment and space for parking. There’s a terrace and a huge garden with barbecue. The house will be fully furnished and equipped. The rooms are between 12 and 23 m². Every bedroom is fully furnished (double bed, desk, wardrobe, etc) and has a shared bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The prices vary between 490€ and 580€ + 150€ charges (electricity, water, gas, Netflix, Wi-Fi, insurance, cleaning of the common areas, maintenance).
