Hello everyone! I’m leaving my furnished room w/ balcony. It’s located on Gemeentehuis van, Rue Champ du Roi, 1040, Etterbeek, less than 10 minutes’ walk from the Merode metro station and 2 minutes from the tram line 81, and 5 minutes far from Cinquantenaire. There’s lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bars super close by.
Monthly rent all included: €732. This includes cleaning of the shared areas once a week, all charges and insurance. Deposit is 2 months rent without charges.
Looking for someone to take the room until the 31st August 2025, and there is the possibility to renew the contract for a 6-month or 1-year if you wish.
The house has:
- 1 full bathroom (pictured which you would share with 2 people) + 2 bathrooms & 1 toilet.
- kitchen/living room for shared meals or chill evenings.
- laundry closet furnished with a dryer and a washing machine.
The house is shared with 5 other international, young professionals. We enjoy the occasional drink/dinner together, keep the flat clean and tidy, and are looking for a like-minded flatmate to join our friendly household!
