17m2 room (the second biggest room in the house), with a peaceful, beautiful view, (nature); on the 1st floor, fully furnished, with wardrobe, standing lamps, new spots on the ceiling, a desk, an almost brand new “luxurious” desk chair (that would have costed 1000,00 € at a regular price), a mattress and slats that are only a few months new and barely used, a wardrobe and cupboard, huge windows/doors (recently inserted double-glass windows), and your own balcony.
