I’m leaving my beloved room in our shared home in Brussels, Etterbeek. We're looking for our new flatmate as of 1 May.
The room is part of a warm and international co-housing located next to Place Jourdan (Etterbeek). The house is located in a quiet residential street and very close to the European quarter. The area is great with many shops, cafés and restaurants nearby.

• 10 minutes from Flagey and Parc du Cinquantenaire
• 15 minutes from Schuman
• 5–10 minutes from Bruxelles-Luxembourg station
The three-floor house is very spacious and has been recently renovated. Common areas include a large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace — perfect for BBQs. The house has a dishwasher, stoves, oven, microwave, two large fridges and freezers, and a washing machine. The bedroom is on the highest (third) floor, and you will share the bathroom with two other flatmates. The bedroom is very comfortable and has lots of light. It comes with a personal sink and includes furniture (bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk + chair, night table unit, table lamp, book shelf).
We are 6 young working professionals (3 women + 3 men, including you that will add up to 7 people in the house). We're from various nationalities and aged between 25 an 30. We’re looking for a friendly, open-minded person (also professionally active, ideally between 25 and 30) who enjoys spending time with flatmates and contributing to the good atmosphere of the house, while also respecting everyone’s privacy. We speak both English and French.
Rent: €795/month — includes all charges (internet, electricity, gas, water, cleaning service every week, maintenance products, i.e., cleaning products) and a very friendly landlord.
Contract: It’s not a solidarity contract — everyone pays their own share directly to the landlord. Domiciliation possible.
Deposit: two months’ rent.
