Big bedroom in a great location, all included (cleaning, internet, water, gas and electricity), international and young environment!
The room is about 18 qm and is fully furnished. It is equipped with a double bed . There's a wardrobe, a closet, a mattress, a duvet, pillows and a desk. As my room's window goes out to the rear, you don't hear the street.
Apartment description: Full equipped kitchen with oven, fridge and dishwasher, a full equipped bathroom with washing machine, toilet and one separated shower, large living room with TV.
A cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment (the common areas) every week.
The location is great! 5 mins walking from Etterbeek train station where you can take the tram 25 and 7! Less than 1 min walking from the bus 95 to go to the centre and European District, 8 minutes walking from the tram stop germoir of the 81. There is also a noctis stop just in front of the house (noctis N08) but you have the noctis bus stop in Etterbeek Gare as well (noctis N08 and N09). There is a Delhaize at two minutes, different night shops very close by. It is also very well located to go out as Cimentière d’Ixelles, Flagey, Jourdan are very close.
The other two flatmates are very nice! Both are working here in Brussels. One is from Spain, the other is from Belgium. The atmosphere is very international in the apartment as well as in the whole housing complex.
