We’re looking for a new flatmate to join a 3-bedroom rez-de-chaussée in Etterbeek – just a short walk from Pétillon metro/tram.
Rent and costs:
Rent: €575/month
Utilities: ~€150/month, including heating, water, electricity, internet, insurance, and weekly cleaning
Deposit: two month’s rent
About you:
You’re a male young professional with a full-time job between the ages of 24 and 32 (the landlady won’t rent to interns/trainees or students)
You’re friendly, tidy and enjoy a relaxed but social home
The room and flat:
Bedroom furnished with bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair, with a north-facing window overlooking the backyards.
Shared bright open-plan kitchen and living room.
Separate toilet and shower rooms.
Garage with washing machine + car park spot.
Quiet and safe neighbourhood with a small park nearby.
Close to multiple grocery stores, even small shop open on Sundays.
Walking distance to trams, metro, bus (including night bus).
About us:
We’re two 25-year-olds – woman and man – Indian and Italian – working in international and EU affairs.
We like sharing time with one another: we cook at home while playing music, watch films and series, play video games, have friends over, and interact with our neighbours
We’re big tennis, football and F1 fans 🎾⚽️🏎️
