Hello!
We have one furnished room for rent from early of August onwards, in a quiet and safe area in Etterbeek. The location is ideal since it is close to the ULB campus, which is reachable by tram. It is also close to the EU district near both Schuman (2 metro stops) and Merode. (5 minutes walk or one metro stop). The metro station Thieffry is 2 minutes walk from the flat.
Also, close to the flat you can find several supermarkets (Delhaize and Carrefour) and other smaller shops.
The room is furnished, spacious (15m2) and with a lot of light. The rent is 550 eur + 100 eur for the costs. The deposit is 500 eur. Domiciliation is possible.
It is perfect for trainees or students wishing to stay for an internship in Brussels, or for young professionals.
You will share the kitchen, bathroom and a small common room with the second flatmate who is a female young professional (25 years old) working with EU topics. The landlady is looking for female flatmates.
