We are looking for a new roommate in our eco co-housing triplex!
We are a group of young international professionals (age 24-32) who like to share thoughts and experiences.
The house has been renovated over the last 6 years with superior quality and environment friendly materials, it consists of 6 rooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room, a garden and terrace on 1st floor.
The room is available from now and has it's private toilet and shower.
The rent per month with all costs included is set at 450 + 150 euro (charges for energy costs, wifi, cleaning common areas every 15 days) .
The flat is fully equipped: washing machine, dryer, internet, kitchen, dishwasher, garden, tv corner....
Address is Kolonel van gele 125, so near Merode, Schumann, La Chasse, Place Jourdan.
