‼One of our flatmates is leaving his room at the end of June in our co-housing in Etterbeek, therefore we are looking for someone to take over.
🏠 The house consists of six rooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room, a little terrace on the 1st floor, and it’s fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, internet, TV corner). The room for rent, is located on the second floor, has a desk, double bed in a mezzanine, cupboard, and has a bathroom to be shared with 1 other flatmate.
🌳🚊🛒The house is ideally located in a safe, residential and well connected area (proximity tram 81, metro Merode, bus 36), close to the European Institutions (Schuman), nearby supermarkets (Delhaize Saint Antoine, Delhaize Proxy, Carrefour la Chasse) and at a 10 min walk from Place Jourdan (bars and restaurants area). The rent per month is set at 650€ (includes water, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and cleaning of the common areas every 15 days).
You would be living with other 5 young professionals (24 and 33 years old) coming from different countries, therefore the main language spoken in the house is English. We like to keep gender parity (3 girls and 3 boys), which is why we are looking for a female profile, but men are also welcome.
🍷🥧📺🃏We are looking for someone who enjoys shared living, who likes taking care of the house, has a community-driven spirit and shares values of respect and dialogue. We clean the common areas every week. One week we take turns to clean the house and the other week a cleaner does the cleaning. The new flatmate has to adhere to the cleaning schedules.
