Two bedrooms will be available from the 1st of November in our 7-bedroom house at Rue des Rogations - of course you can also rent one room only if you're just one person. Each room is around 17 m², fully furnished. The monthly rent is 819€ per room, all utilities are included. Minimum stay 6 months.
The house has a spacious kitchen, a lovely yard, and is shared with friendly, sociable housemates in their 20s. The neighborhood is calm but very well connected: trams 7 and 25 are just 2 minutes away, Merode station is a 7-minute walk, and supermarkets, incl. Aldi, are within 5-10 minutes. The Cinquantenaire park is right around the corner, the EU Quarter is close by, and if you’re a student at VUB or ULB you can reach the campus in about 15 minutes by tram.
