Our characterful house with luminous living room breathes atmosphere and coziness. It's in good state and well-equipped : open kitchen with oven and dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a terrace where we can do BBQ's, laundry room, space to store stuff, and even a guest room for all your friends visiting Brussels.

Ideal location (address : Atrebatenstraat 102 - 1040 Etterbeek). We are close to tram stop Boileau, metro stops Montgomery and Thieffry. Walking distance to Cinquantenaire and Woluwe Parks. Good connections to almost everywhere in the city. Lots of shops less than 5 minutes on foot.

The room will become available on August 1st. It is 12 square meter. As you can see in the pictures, there is ample space for a double bed and desk.

Let us introduce ourselves : we are 6 - Sophie, Gabriele, Pierre, Koen, Michaël and yourself. A sweet mix of Belgians and Internationals, who like to keep a good balance between caring, sharing and privacy. We love spending time together : cook for each other, organize themed parties, watch movies, play board games,... Every now and then, we do an outside activity with the six of us.

Practical details :

- Monthly payment is 606 euros (includes: internet, electricity, water, gas usage, fire insurance,… The only thing that's not included is the cleaning lady : 24€ /month)

- Deposit: two months

- The room is not furnished - the furniture in the pictures is up for sale at a reasonable price

- No pets/animals allowed, smoking on the terrace only

- This house can be an official address/domicile
