We have one unit freeing up in a completely eco-renovated rooftop apartment inside a classy house of which the floors below are already rented out in a co-housing fashion. This top floor forms a separate co-housing unit, with its own bath-room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and living room, catering for 2 people. Everything is brand new, kitchen, bathroom, walls, parquet floors, electricity, sound and heat insulation, windows... The unit has 5 modern roof windows and one big wall-to-wall window looking out over a south-faced skyline resulting in a very bright modern apartment. The first bedroom is a classic bedroom whereas the second is mezzanine-style, both incorporating a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe space, desk, mirror and perfectly insulated rooftop windows. It's the classic bedroom which will become available. The apartment comes furnished.
This living unit is for two persons with their separate bedroom. We are currently looking for one young professional that doesn't mind sharing a kitchen, living and bathroom area and that has an appetite for Brussels in general. The monthly rent of 660 is per person. Monthly costs fixed at 120 euro (includes all : electr, water, gas, heating, internet, cleaning communal areas, netflix).
We are located at the heart of the European district. Halfway between Schumann and Place Jourdan which is also very close to the Cinquantenaire and Solvay park and Google offices. We promise you a "wow" experience so don't hesitate asking for a visit. Netflix included.
