The duplex consists of 4 furnished rooms with 2 shared bathroom just renovated to rent in a duplex, top floors of a house with a big terrace. Each room has a double bed with night stands a desk and chair and a big closet. The house is located near the Merode subway, it is a 15 minute walk from Schuman and Place Luxembourg. It has a fully equipped kitchen, furnished common areas (dining room and living room) and a washer and dryer shared with 3 other roommates. Each bathroom is shared with 1 roommate.
There will be one room available again shortly (from first of September)
The rent is 560 euros per month, the charges all included are 150 euros extra (water, gas, electricity, internet and cleaning service for the common areas).
