A newly eco-constructed room with large windows facing the garden available soon!!! The mansion house on three floors consists of 6 furnished rooms with 2 shared bathroom and one private bathroom. The house is located near the Merode subway, it is a 15 minute walk from Schuman and Place Luxembourg, 10minutes from place jourdan. It has a fully equipped kitchen, furnished common areas (dining room and living room) and a washer and dryer shared with 5 other roommates. A room on the ground floor facing the garden is now out for rent again (from October) The rent is 550 euros per month and the charges all included are 125 euros extra (water, gas, electricity, internet and cleaning service for the common areas).
