There will be a room available in a flatshare in Ixelles . The room is quite big (a bit more than 15m2) and fully furnished (desk, chair, 2 lamps, a big wardrobe and a cupboard, double bed, bedside table). There is as well a small private terrace for the room.
It is a 4 people flatshare of around 140m2, with two bathrooms, a washing machine, a modern kitchen and living area- . The flat is on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) in a nice building with interns/young workers. The building is safe, with a security camera at the entrance and two gates with a code.
Location:
- 5 minutes by walk from Etterbeek station (tramways and train station)
- 5 minutes by walk from Delhaize (grocery shop)
- 10 min by walk from Cimetière d’Ixelles
- 20/25 min from the City center (bus stop right in front the building!!)
Contract duration:
- Can be determined according to your needs and in agreement with the property owners.
