Bonjour, j'ai une grande chambre disponible. Elle est très spacieuse et dispose de sa propre salle de bain. Elle est située dans une maison à deux étages ,Ma cousine, avocate, y vit. Elle travaille la plupart du temps, Je voyage beaucoup. C'est pourquoi j'ai décidé de sous-louer la chambre du haut. Cependant, j'ai aussi une autre chambre plus petite au rez-de-chaussée pour mon retour à Bruxelles. La maison est très agréable. Elle dispose d'une terrasse pour bronzer, lire et se détendre. Elle est située dans le meilleur quartier du quartier Saint-José, Métro Madou, à côté de l'école de langues EPFC. Nous recherchons une personne calme, respectueuse et indépendante.
I sublet my spacious room, €600 per month, .electricity, water, wifi internet included , in a nice Italian two bedroom house located next to the Madou metro and 15 minutes away from the EU institutions, quite close to Brussels city centre (about 20 mins by foot to Grand Place).
This is a quiet and safe neighborhood, with many supermarkets and restaurants and all kinds of shops and transportation nearby.
I'm looking for a calm, responsible, and independent person and since Parties are not allowed at home, we want to continue with a relaxed and calm atmosphere inside the house.
We have a lovely kitten at home, but she spends a lot of time in our beautiful and cozy terrace, which is the perfect spot when it's sunny as you can sit outside and enjoy tea time while reading a book.
You will have your own bathroom and toilet facilities. You will only share the kitchen and living/dining room with the other girl living in the house. 600€
