Very nice atmosphere, apartment shared by three young professionals or students. Languages commonly used: French and English. The gas and electricity bill is paid by the 3 flat mates with normally a preferential tarif, then the rent with all bill included is around 440 euros a month all included

Ideal localization for all the summer or winter activities of the center of 1000 Brussels: next to the pedestrian area. 10 minutes from Central Train station or Midi Train Station. 2 minutes from Tram 3, 4, 51, 82, Bus 27, 95, 46, 48 and night bus. Quiet building. Second floor.
