I am renting out a studio in the Botanique era, close to metros/buses and only a 10min walk away from both Central station and Brussel North.

The era is calm, close to parcs, supermarkets (big and small), laundry services and shops where you can get affordable local dishes. You can really find everything you want in St Josse, from weekly markets, to yearly flea markets, carnaval, sport clubs etc.

The studio will be given to you empty, but includes a small fridge and cooking machine. In the price everything is included (water, electricity, gas) except for the internet.

I require:

you have a secure job/income (and can prove 3 months of pay)

2 months guarantee

We start with a 6 month contract which can be extended if all goes well for both parties.

Visits can take place from tuesday 2nd of november onwards. Priority will be given to those who respond first. I am only accepting calls during the day time until 6pm.

Moving can once the contract has been signed, guarantee + 1st month paid, and an insurance made for the space (in case of fire).

I speak English, French and Dutch.
