Chambre à Sainte-Catherine dans colocation avec jardin (630 €)
Nous cherchons un-e 3e ! Non, pas pour jouer au kinball, mais parce qu'une chambre se libère dans notre agréable colocation située dans le quartier Sainte-Catherine au centre-ville.
L'appartement se trouve à deux pas du parc Marguerite Duras et des bassins du Vismet à Sainte-Catherine, avec leurs nombreux cafés et restaurants. Toutefois, la rue (à sens unique) et l'ilot dans laquelle nous habitons est calme. On a 2 stations de métro à proximité : Sainte-Catherine et Yser.
L’appartement est spacieux (130 m²) : 3 chambres, un lumineux séjour, un salon-salle à manger, une cuisine équipée, un double WC et une salle de bain. Pas de machine à laver pour l'instant (il y a bien un emplacement prévu pour), mais il y a une wasserette à proximité. Atout majeur pour le centre-ville : l’appartement, situé au rez-de-chaussée, dispose également d’un jardin privatif de 75 m², avec terrasse.
La chambre (630 €) fait 14 m² (environ 4,5 x 3 m) et dispose de deux fenêtres qui donnent sur le jardin. Le mobilier sur les photos peut être prêté sans problème. La salle de bains est partagée avec la 3e chambre.
Vous partagerez l’appartement avec Matteo (38 ans), Italien d'origine, dans l'horeca, gamer, respectueux (+ son chat Gunnar !) ; et Thomas (50 ans mais jeune d'esprit 😉 ), enseignant en architecture et scénariste, sympa, ouvert, organisé et facile à vivre. Nous avons en commun l'amour des films et de la cuisine !
Au loyer, il faut prévoir d'ajouter environ 115 € / mois / personne pour les charges (gaz, électricité, eau, Internet, femme de ménage, assurances).
La garantie s'élève à 2 mois de loyer.
La société propriétaire impose de prouver des revenus équivalant à 3 fois le loyer de la chambre, ou de produire un garant pour cette somme.
L'offre est ouverte aux candidat-e-s de tous âges et genres, et cette coloc est lgbt-friendly. Nous cherchons des colocataires respectueux/ses et qui ont bon caractère, parce qu'habiter ensemble c'est aussi de temps en temps devoir prendre des décisions ensemble 😉
Pas de problème pour quelqu'un de fumeur, mais on ne fume pas à l'intérieur de l'appartement ; il est toujours possible d'aller fumer sur la terrasse.

Room to rent in the Sainte-Catherine area in a shared flat with garden (630 €)
Hello everyone, we're looking for a third! Not to play kinball, but we have one room available in our pleasant shared apartment in the Sainte-Catherine district of the city centre.
The flat is a stone's throw from the Marguerite Duras Park and the Sainte-Catherine area, with its many cafés and restaurants. However, the (one-way) street and the block in which we live are quiet. There are 2 metro stations nearby: Sainte-Catherine and Yser. (Easy and short connection to Schuman.)
The flat is spacious (130 m²): 3 bedrooms, a bright living room, a lounge/dining room, a fitted kitchen, a double WC and a bathroom. No washing machine (the technical space for it exists), but there is a launderette nearby. Major advantage in the city centre: the flat, located on the ground floor, also has its own private garden (75 m²) and terrace.
The bedroom is 14 m² (about 4,5 x 3 m) and has two windows overlooking the garden. The bathroom is shared with the third bedroom. The furniture featured in the pictures can be borrowed without fuss.
You'll be sharing the flat with Matteo (38 years old), Italian, in the catering sector, gamer and respectful of personal space (& his cat Gunnar!); and Thomas (50 years old but young in spirit 😉, mother language: French), an architecture teacher and scriptwriter who is friendly, outgoing, organized and easy to get on with. We both share a love for movies and cooking!
In addition to the rent, you should budget approximately €115 per month per person for utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet, cleaning lady, insurances).
The deposit is equal to two months' rent.
The offer is open to applicants of all ages and genders, and the flat is lgbt-friendly. We're looking for flat mates who are respectful and good-natured, because living together also means having to make decisions together from time to time 😉
No problem for someone who smokes, but we don't smoke inside the flat; you can always go and smoke on the terrace.
