Je propose une chambre agréable et spacieuse dans un bel appartement en colocation à Bruxelles (total de 3 colocataires)
L’appartement est équipé d’un lave-vaisselle, d’une machine à laver, four, cafetière, bouilloire, toaster, toute la vaisselle et les ustensiles nécessaires à la cuisine, fer à repasser, table à repasser, séchoir à linge manuel, aspirateur…
L’appartement comporte trois chambres au total.
Très bonne situation (tranquille, magasins, transports en commun, métro, bus, parking gratuit dans la rue).
En commun pour les trois locataires: cuisine avec coin à manger, douche, WC séparé.
Les charges suivantes sont comprises dans le loyer (charges de copropriété, taxes communales, nettoyage de l'appartement 2x/mois, internet illimité, eau, électricité, chauffage).

I am offering a pleasant and spacious room in a beautiful shared apartment in Brussels (total of 3 flatmates).
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all crockery and kitchen utensils, iron, ironing board, manual clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner...
The apartment has a total of three bedrooms.
Very good location (quiet, stores, public transport, metro, bus, free street parking).
Common to all three tenants: kitchen with dining area, shower, separate WC.
The following utility costs are included in the rent (condominium fees, municipal taxes, apartment cleaning 2x/month, unlimited internet, water, electricity, heating).
