Detached house with view on the garden all around, situated next to “Leuvensesteenweg” with all common transport (buses). The house is only 2 min away from a supermarket Delhaize, Mediamarkt, Coolblue, laundromat nearby as well as Woluwe Shopping Center.
The house has a beautiful garden. There is permanent parking possibility in front of the house for a car and which is free of charge.
Three housemates in total (including you!) generally from several countries. The equipped kitchen is situated at the same floor than the rooms and bathroom.
The room (on the 1st floor) includes wardrobe, desk, office chair, bed. The room faces the garden which is very calm during day and night.
The bathroom (shower and sinks)/toilet is separated from the room and is located just a few steps away from the room.
*Available as of now. Minimum 3 months contract. Domiciliation not allowed.
*Price 600€ + 60€ for utilities* (water, gas, electricity, internet, Wifi, cleaning lady): total 660€/month. A security deposit is required and corresponds to one month rent (without utilities).
Visits will take place at our convenience. I am also joinable via WhatsApp!
