I'm subletting my lovely furnished room in a beautiful shared house in Schaerbeek (Rue Emmanuel Hiel 39, right next to Parc Josaphat). The room is available from 23 June until the end of August, with flexible dates. It is possible to rent it for the entire period or for just one month.
The room is bright and cozy, featuring a beautiful window seat, a 140 cm bed, and plenty of storage space. The bathroom is shared with only two other housemates.
The house itself is spacious and has a great atmosphere. There is a large dining room, a living room with a projector, a fully equipped kitchen, and a garden with a BBQ. Around 10 people live in the house, but because it's so large, it never feels crowded. The housemates are friendly, international, and respectful.
The rent is €750 per month, all inclusive. This includes all utilities, Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning of the common areas (including bathrooms and toilets), coffee, cooking oil, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, and other shared household essentials.
