The apartment has a spacious living and dining room with a balcony facing Parc Josaphat. The kitchen is fully equipped and a shared washing machine is available. There is a bathroom and WC used by the other two flatmates and separate WC for your use only.
The bedroom is 12m² and is bright with great views. Connected to this is a private shower and sink.
Colin and Diana, who has lived in the apartment for several years will be your friendly and easygoing flatmates who are happy to go for drinks together but still have their own rhythm.
