Hello there!
We are a 4-person colocation in a beautiful house located in Schaerbeek, 5-10 min walk from metro station Botanique (lines 2 and 6). One of our roommates is moving out, so Donatella, Wannes and myself Sarah are looking for someone to join us starting October 2025 (precise dates to be determined).
About us: we are between 26 and 37 years old. Dona is a child psychiatrist, Wannes works in music and Sarah is a stage director in theater. We come from Belgium and France and speak English in the house. We’ve all shared flats a lot in the past, so we’re all pretty used to the flatsharing routine. We’re looking for someone around 30, who is also used to flatsharing, is working and doesn’t smoke (inside the house).
The house is huge and really comfortable to live in – it is very very spacious (360 sqm!), has one courtyard and a huge common area. You can see your future bedroom in the picture, you would share a bathroom (with a bath) with one other person.
The rent 681 € + about 171 € for bills per month (which includes our cleaning person who comes every 2 weeks) + your share of the common furniture (that you would sell back when you move out). Free (the leaving roommate) might have furniture to sell but it is to be discussed.
