A room is available from February in a large, calm, clean, and very well-located house: close to public transport, easy access to Brussels city center, and facing the courtyard (no traffic noise).
The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a private shower, as well as a large, bright, and pleasant living area.
There is also a lovely garden, especially enjoyable when the sun comes back.
The first floor will be shared with me. I work in IT with office hours and am often at the gym or abroad during my holidays. I’m calm, I like having my own space, but I’m always happy to chat or share a friendly moment from time to time. I value clean and well-maintained common areas.
On the ground floor lives Grayson. He speaks English and French, enjoys music, art, and sports. He works in luxury ready-to-wear, is open-minded, enjoys good conversations, but also values his own space. He likes the house to be tidy and clean, and mutual respect is very important to him.

Rent is €700 + a fixed €100 utilities fee.
A two-month rental deposit is required, and the owner is looking for a minimum one-year lease.
A cleaning service comes 4 hours every two weeks (€27/month), helping us keep the house clean.
