Je recherche une chouette personne respectueuse pour partager ce joli appartement tout neuf avec mon chat Jiji (3 ans) à partir du 11 mars.
L'appartement est idéalement situé à proximité de la Gare de Schaerbeek et des commerces de quartier. Le quartier est très bien desservi par les transports en commun (lignes 92, 7, 55, 56, 59, 58).
Surface totale est environ 60m² au 3ème étage.
Pour les communs, on retrouve un séjour lumineux de 22m² avec cuisine ouverte super-équipée et un balcon. Une salle de douche (évier, douche et WC), un local vélo ainsi qu'une cave dans l'immeuble.
Tu occuperas la plus grande chambre (13,5m²).
Loyer est de 763 euros tout compris par mois.
(Gaz, électricité, eau & internet)
La domiciliation est possible !

You'll find a bright 22m² living room with an open, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. One shower room (sink, shower, and WC) and a bicycle storage room & a cellar in the building.
You will be taking the larger bedroom (13.5m²).
The rent is 662€ per month.
Total Monthly: Approx. 763€ all-in
Registration (domiciliation) at the address is possible.
