Je propose une belle chambre meublée, lumineuse et spacieuse, dans un environnement calme, chaleureux et non-fumeur, au rez-de-chaussée d'une maison unifamiliale située dans le quartier résidentiel du Petit-Ry à 1340 Ottignies.
Cette chambre convient parfaitement à un(e) étudiant(e) ou stagiaire recherchant un logement calme, convivial et/ou bien connecté aux universités (UCLouvain, ULB, etc.).
La maison est occupée par moi-même, mon jeune enfant et notre chien. Je recherche une étudiante sérieuse, fiable et respectueuse, idéalement à la recherche d'un environnement familial plutôt que d'une colocation étudiante classique.
*Une localisation pratique pour l'UCLouvain
La maison se situe à Ottignies, avec un accès facile à la gare et aux transports en commun permettant de rejoindre Louvain-la-Neuve et le campus de l'UCLouvain.
C'est donc une solution qui peut convenir à une étudiante souhaitant profiter d'un environnement calme tout en restant facilement connectée à Louvain-la-Neuve.
*La chambre et la maison
La chambre est meublée et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour y vivre confortablement.
La maison offre notamment :
- Wi-Fi ;
- jardin ;
- espaces communs partagés ;
- possibilité de stationner un véhicule ;
- environnement calme et non-fumeur ;
- proximité des commerces et des transports ;
- présence d'un chien et d'un jeune enfant.
*Loyer classique:
600 € par mois, charges comprises.
Possibilité d'un tarif préférentiel: Je suis également ouverte à envisager un loyer réduit pour une étudiante qui souhaiterait apporter une aide ponctuelle au sein de la maison.
L'aide pourrait notamment concerner :
- des promenades avec le chien ;
- du babysitting ponctuel.
Le principe serait de convenir ensemble à l'avance du type d'aide, des disponibilités et du montant de la réduction de loyer, afin que l'arrangement soit clair, équilibré et confortable pour les deux parties.
Cette formule est totalement facultative : une étudiante qui ne souhaite pas participer à cette aide peut simplement louer la chambre au tarif normal de 600 € charges comprises.
Le profil recherché: Je recherche idéalement une étudiante.

I am offering a beautiful, bright and spacious furnished room in a quiet, warm and non-smoking environment, on the ground floor of a detached family home located in the residential Petit-Ry neighbourhood in 1340 Ottignies.
The room is ideally suited to a student or intern looking for a peaceful, friendly home with convenient access to universities such as UCLouvain, ULB, etc.
The house is shared with myself, my young child and our dog. I am looking for a serious, reliable and respectful female student, ideally someone who appreciates a family environment rather than a traditional student flat share.
A convenient location for UCLouvain: The house is located in Ottignies, with easy access to the train station and public transport, making it convenient to reach Louvain-la-Neuve and the UCLouvain campus.
It is therefore an ideal option for a student who wants to enjoy a quiet and comfortable environment while remaining well connected to Louvain-la-Neuve.
*The room and the house
The room is fully furnished and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The house offers:
- Wi-Fi;
- a garden;
- shared living spaces;
- parking space available;
- a quiet, non-smoking environment;
- close proximity to shops and public transport;
- a dog and a young child.
*Standard rent
€600 per month, including utilities.
Preferential rent option: I am also open to offering a reduced rent to a student who would be willing to provide some occasional help around the house.
This could include:
- walking the dog;
- occasional babysitting.
The idea would be to agree in advance on the type of help, availability and amount of the rent reduction, so that the arrangement is clear, fair and comfortable for both parties.
This option is entirely voluntary: a student who does not wish to provide any help can simply rent the room at the standard rate of €600 per month, including utilities.
