I’m Sylvie. I've just bought a cosy little house with a garden in Linkebeek and am looking for a cool person to share it with.

- Big terrace: the best part! partly covered with outdoor lounge, hammock, bbq…
- Garden: nice and big to chill in summer
- Convenience: extra toilet on ground floor, washing machine + dryer

📍 Location & life :
- Beukenstraat in Linkebeek: the best of both worlds: a quiet, leafy residential area that’s still right on the edge of Brussels
- Accessibility:
o Train: Linkebeek (14min walk) + Moensberg (16min walk)
o Tram: 18 (15min walk)
o Bus: R53 + TEC 40 (1min walk), 43 + R55 + night bus Noctis 11 (10min walk)
o Bike: 30min to Brussels center, 35min to Schuman
- Area: 10min walk from the town’s square (café, supermarket, pharmacy…) + very close to an organic store, a supermarket, various restaurants, a big and beautiful park, hiking trails…

👋 About me (and the fur-mates)
I’m 39 years old and I mainly work as a Dutch facilitator in adult education in Uccle. Besides work, I’m a big sports and nature enthusiast. I love going on hiking and biking trips, playing hockey, living abroad and traveling, animals, dancing in the sun at electro festivals, playing the guitar, anything that starts with “pasta”...
I co-housed for about 10 years in the past and always found it fun and enriching. I’d like to think I’m rather easy-going 😉, cheerful, open-minded, positive and eco-conscious. I’m independent, but also always up for some good times and shared moments at home. Note that you would also have some other housemates: a lovely cat named Mouss, as well as half a dog (shared custody, don’t worry, she still has all 4 legs...), Justine. She’s very mellow and doesn’t jump or bark. Unlike the cat who loves attention, you will hardly notice she’s there.
