On the fifth floor, accessible by the lift, the
70 m² common areas are fully furnished, including a large
wardrobe. The apartment occupies the entire floor and
features a spacious shared living-dining area with a table
and sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer,
stove, and cooking utensils. The bathroom includes both a
bathtub and a shower, with ample built-in storage. The toilet
is separate for added comfort.
A basement is also available to store a folding bike. A
washing machine and a drier are already installed.
Your private bedroom is 15 m², opens onto a small terrace
and includes a large built-in wardrobe offering plenty of
storage space. Some bedroom furniture can be discussed
with the previous roommate.
Right next to a bus stop in the middle of
Naamsestraat. The apartment is 10 minutes by bike from
KUL, 10 minutes on foot from Delhaize and Lidl, and
immediately adjacent to the historic city center.
About your roomate: I am a PhD student. Calm and easy
going, I enjoy playing video games with friends. I don’t go
out very often but appreciate having a beer from time to
time.
Price: 725€ fixed + 140€ of provisions/month that are
redistributed equally. (Covers internet, heating, electricity,
water…)
