Chambre lumineuse agréable de 16m2 avec douche privative dans une colocation de 3 chambres, idéale pour étudiant, stagiaire, expat. Loyer de 620 EUR/mois charges comprises (eau chaude et froide, électricité, chauffage, internet et nettoyage deux fois par mois).
En commun avec les 2 autres colocataires, il y a une cuisine avec coin à manger et une salle de bains avec WC.
L’appartement est équipé d’un lave-vaisselle, d’une machine à laver, four, four à micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, toaster, toute la vaisselle et les ustensiles nécessaires à la cuisine, fer à repasser, table à repasser, séchoir à linge manuel, aspirateur…
Situé en périphérie directe de Bruxelles, l’appartement combine l’avantage d’être situé dans un quartier tranquille et sûr, avec la facilité d’accès à la ville, en train, bus ou voiture. La gare est à 300m et le bus à 500m (STIB et De Lijn). Bruxelles-Midi est à 7-8 minutes, Bruxelles-central à 13 minutes en train.
Toutes sortes de commerces à proximité, dont les grandes enseignes (Lidl, Aldi, Delhaize, Carrefour, Colruyt, Brico, Mediamarkt…). Parking aisé et gratuit dans la rue. Accès à l’autoroute à quelques minutes en voiture qui conduit aussi bien vers le nord que vers le sud du pays.
L’appartement est situé à Ruisbroek (Commune de Leeuw-St-Pierre, à côté de la commune d’Anderlecht et de Forest).

In common with the 2 other roommates, there is a kitchen with breakfast corner and a bathroom with toilet.
The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all the dishes and utensils needed for cooking, iron, ironing board, manual clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner...
Located on the outskirts of Brussels, the apartment combines the advantage of being located in a quiet and safe area, with easy access to the city, by train, bus or car. The train station is at 300m and the bus at 500m (TEC and De Lijn). By train, Brussels-Midi is 7-8 minutes away, and Brussels-Central 13 minutes.
All kinds of shops in the vicinity, including the big brands (Lidl, Aldi, Delhaize, Carrefour, Colruyt, Brico, Mediamarkt...). Easy and free parking in the street. Access to the freeway at a few minutes by car which leads to the north as well as to the south of the country.
